Water won’t cause drowning
The body is about 70% water.
It is like a swimming pool with a few plastic things and oily extras thrown in to make it more interesting. If you let the water level in your pool get too low, it will start to lose it’s usefulness and if you totally ignore it, it could become a puddle, still with a few plastic things and oily extras but now grounded and unable to function.
Your body needs water, not wants water, needs water. It cannot function properly without it.
Coffee is not water, cola drinks are not water, milk is not water. Beer is not water. Wine is not water. You need water, that simple tasteless stuff straight out of the tap.
It does not have to be bottled and pure. It does not have to come from a secret spring in the Alps.
Drink water or suffer. It is your choice. The good news is I drink water, lot’s of it and I haven’t drowned yet.
