If you find fitness is too difficult to achieve, have ever thought about flexibility? Stretching is a great way of loosening your body so that it still functions well and can cope with the rough road of the every-day.
Not everybody needs muscular strength, most only need to be flexible.
Go online and look for some simple stretching routines that you can do everyday. 10 minutes, twice a day will do you an amazing amount of good. You will find that it clears your mind and relaxes a lot of your tension.
So if you are too busy to get fit, why not sit down and become flexible?
For years I have been a 60 pushups/minute man. I thought that was okay for an old guy… at least that was my justification. Then someone suggested I do 10 pushups, slowly and perfectly and see how that goes. Read the rest of this entry »
