I need big muscles to be a real man
You do not need big muscles, you need to be fit and healthy. Muscles are designed (by whom I haven’t a clue) to allow you to lift, push, move, squeeze and to raise yourself above the heavy gravitational pull of this world.
Big muscles are not necessarily are sign of good health or fitness. Most of the muscular apes that come from the gyms could not move quickly to even save themselves. Their muscles are the result of a repetitive action in a particular direction and are very limited in their application. They are not a sign of masculinity, toughness or fitness
Generally, these muscular monkeys are only fit for strutting and parading and could not run 100 metres without toppling over with exhaustion.
People who are genuinely masculine, tough and fit are not necessarily bound by restricting, bloated muscles.
You don’t need big muscles, you need fitness. When the novelty of the gym has worn off, big muscles turn into big fat.
