Eat less food? You’re joking!
What happens if you only have 2 meals a day? Do you think you will die? Do you think you will fall over weak from lack of sustenance?
Do you know what will happen? Nothing… except you might start to drop a little of weight over a few weeks. It is a fallacy, a lie to say that you need 3 good meals a day.
Maybe 50 years ago when people walked a lot more, worked a lot harder and ate a lot less, it was true. It is not true now. Most people eat too much too often! Not only do they have 3 meals a day, they insist on snacks between the meals.
Today, you can’t even go to a movie for 2 hours without eating and drinking sugar laden chemical solutions. Wake up! If you want to lose weight… stop eating so much so often. Get used to feeling a bit hungry and you will see that those hips start to take up a lot less space in this world.
